The condo was everything we had hoped for! It was very clean, and plenty room for our family. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was cold, so I just txt Sue, and we were swimming in a nice warm pool the next day. The condo provided a wonderful home base, as it is near all attractions.

This south facing unit is perfect for enjoying the private pool in the sunshine all day long. It is close to the clubhouse and main pool as well as a little park area that my younger children enjoyed very much. The pool is larger than most in the complex! Owners are quick to respond and take care of any concerns or questions. Check in/out were a breeze. Right outside of Disney property with tons of restaurants and shopping just minutes away. Perfect location. Condo was clean and beds were very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay!

Stayed at Graham and Sue’s property for 10 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the house, resort and location. The house had everything you needed and was within a short walk to the clubhouse and pool. Would definitely rent again.

Stayed here for 2 weeks ,our second time to stay here , and have to say its a fantastic house and Resort. House is 2 minutes walk to Clubhouse and communal pool. 15 mins drive to Disney. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity. Will definatly be back.

It was nice to have four bedrooms and a pool. Everyone had privacy while still being together and not in hotel rooms in separate parts of the building. Club house was nice. We all had a great time. We would rent at Encantada again.

A perfect villa in a relaxing resort

We had a fabulous fortnight in Graham and Sue’s villa. It was exactly as pictured and described. The villa was super clean and very spacious for our family of five. There were plenty of towels including beach towels and excellent washing/drying facilities. A special mention to the enormous master bed which was super comfy and the wonderful air conditioning which enabled a peaceful nights sleep. The kids loved the pool and couldn’t wait to get in it after a day at the parks. The resort was very well maintained and quiet with 2 excellent pools and lovely grounds. It is very close to all the Disney Parks and a wide range of restaurants and supermarkets. It may have been the time of year but we didn’t experience any traffic delays getting to Disney from the villa and it is a very straightforward route in. Communication throughout with Graham and Sue was excellent and all questions/queries were answered quickly. Thank you very much Graham and Sue, we hope that we can come back soon.

Great end unit location. Pool area was perfect. We had 9 people in our stay and there was plenty of room and space. House could use a little TLC but nothing major. Close to area attractions, stores, and restaurants.

This is the second time we have stayed at this villa and had a great time once again. Graham and Sue deal with all correspondence quickly and effectively and make the booking process easy. The villa is lovely and in probably the best position in the resort – overlooking the lake and close (but not too close) to the clubhouse. We had no dealings with the management company but did on the previous stay and they were very efficient. The clubhouse is nice and staff are very friendly. My daughter did some of the activities at the clubhouse and thoroughly enjoyed it. Would happily stay here again. Thanks

We were the fifth time in Encantada but for the first time in this house. It was the best of all. In the house everything you need and maintained. Good and fast communication with Sue & Graham. When we are back in Orlando we definitely take the house again. Many greetings, Mario and family

This was our third stay at Graham & Sue’s villa at the Encantada resort. This is a fantastic townhouse that is kept immaculate with new carpets having been fitted throughout. Located on the US192 it’s close to all amenities and restaurants on your door step. You can miss out on most of the 192 traffic by using the toll road to Disney which is literally 3 mins from the villa. The villa is well maintained and any queries/issues are resolved promptly by the management company. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough it’s perfect in all ways from location to interior. Graham is prompt at responding to emails and the perfect host. Thanks for making our stay in Orlando fantastic and can’t wait to book again!!! The Alexander family

Title says it all. This is our second stay here and we love it. The villa is great, has everything you could want with a great view overlooking the lake and just yards from the resort pool. We absolutely love the Encantada Resort and this was our second stay at the resort in a different property. I love the fact that it’s a gated community which makes us feel like we have that extra security.

The resort has a gym which I use on a daily basis so that I can eat whatever I want for the duration of the holiday.

The kids love the days off from the parks at the communal pools situated at the clubhouse which are always immaculate. The staff are always really friendly and helpful.

For me the location cannot be any better just off the 192. It gives you access to all the restaurants, supermarkets within a 5 minute drive. Even closer at the top of the street you have McDonalds, Subway, Pharmacy etc..

It literally takes 10/15 minutes to drive to any of the Disney Parks from the Villa. Disney Springs slightly longer.

20/25 minutes to Universal, Seaworld, Discovery Cove, Mall of Millenia, Premium Outlets.

1hr 10 minutes to Busch Gardens.

Uber taxi cost $15 from Encantada to Discovery Cove.

The Townhouse was spacious, modern, clean and had everything we needed for our 19 day vacation. I love the fact that you can jump in your own pool after coming back from the parks and being on the end it has the bigger pool with great views of the lake and fountain.

I had two very minor issues with the property that were dealt with that day by the management company whilst I was out at the parks. Each time they would leave a slip stating they had been in the property.

Graham and Sue were great to deal with and without a shadow of a doubt I will be back in touch when we plan our next Florida trip hopefully in the not too distant future.

We stayed in this villa for almost three weeks, have stayed at the resort before and returned because we love the complex and its a great location for all the parks. First time in this particular villa and it did not disappoint. The location is excellent overlooking the lake and not far from club house, it’s a great size and tastefully presented. The complex is also not far from the 192 which has plenty of restaurants. The owners Graham and Sue were very helpful and great with the communication, we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely return again and recommend.

This villa is the best we have stayed in while holidaying in Florida for the past 20 years, great location just of the 192 highway, just a few minutes from lovely restaurants and 15 minutes drive to magic kingdom, Sue & Graham the owners of this superb villa couldn’t do enough for us,and the extra bonus of the pool, and also the clubhouse 2 minutes walk from the villa,we will definitely be booking again and highly recommend this villa.

Huge Villa with everything you need for your family stay in Orlando, my three children loved their rooms and the great pool. I loved the outside area perfect to dine and relax. Only 5 to 20 mins drive to all of the parks and easy driving route from the airport. Lots of great restaurants and shops close by. Owners communications were superb, and we were made to feel very welcome from the first query to our welcome home. Highly recommend, hope to come back soon. The Hammonds Family.

The villa was very nice. Presented very well, very clean and everything you need for your stay was supplied. ie: towels, iron etc:. Full A/c throughout ( a god send in the heat of summer). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view out the back was really relaxing as we looked out onto a big pond. The clubhouse and 2 big communal pools were only 100 metres away.

We had a problem with the safe in the villa (not sure what caused it), however, we contacted the management company on the number given and a guy turned up within an hour or so and fixed it for us ( on a SUNDAY). Excellent all round accommodation and would have no problem recommending it to others.

Only 10 or 15 mins from Disney.

Lovely, clean with modern furnishings. Ideally located for all the Disney parks, you are literally 15 mins from villa to the Disney car parks when using the toll ($1.25). The villa is on a corner site and has a larger personal pool unlike the mid terrace properties. This villa is well kept with lovely furnishings. Graham (the owner) is great at keeping in touch and accommodating any requests we made via email. The location within Encantada is only 2 mins away from the clubhouse which has a large pool area & gym. This was our 10th visit to Florida and this villa is by far the best property we have stayed in. I highly recommend it to everyone who is planning a vacation particularly if you plan to visit Disney! Can’t wait to return in 2017!

We loved stopping in your lovely home. Great location overlooking the lake and literally a 2 minute walk to the clubhouse and resort pools.The villa itself has got everything you could need and is kitted out wonderfully, including having its own pool. The gated nature of the resort just makes it feel even more exclusive! Having been in a number of villas over the years in Orlando, all of which were in Davenport, we certainly appreciated how much nearer your home is to the parks, shops and restaurants – the 10-15 minute less driving can make a big difference after a busy day in the parks! Look forward to stopping again in the future.
